RESERVATION POLICY

MAKING A RESERVATION

Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail within two to three working days. If you would like to stay in summer or winter (the busy seasons), we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. Before making a reservation, we encourage guests to review guesthouse rules.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full upon check in. However, there is a separate charge for laundering and drying (2,000 KRW for each).

CANCELLATION

If you wish to adjust or cancel your reservation, please give at least one week notice by email.

CHECKING-IN

Because of staff availability, please notify us of the approximate time at which you will arrive at KoRoot Guesthouse. Checking-in is permitted from 2pm to 10pm.

CHECKING-OUT

All guests must check out before 11AM in order to allow us to make necessary arrangements for the next guests. Please bring your bedsheets and blanket to the laundry room. If you decide to checkout from KoRoot Guesthouse earlier than originally scheduled, please provide two weeks notice if possible.
